What is PishDast?

PishDast is an AI-powered CRM designed for social sellers on Instagram and Telegram. It helps you manage conversations, automate responses, track customers, and grow your business.

Who is PishDast for?

PishDast is perfect for:

  • Telegram channel/group sellers
  • Small business owners selling on social media
  • Freelancers managing client communications
  • Anyone who needs to manage multiple social conversations

What languages does PishDast support?

PishDast fully supports both English and Persian (Farsi). You can switch languages anytime from your settings. The AI features also work in both languages.

Can I use PishDast on mobile?

Yes! PishDast is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. We also have a PWA (Progressive Web App) that you can install on your phone for an app-like experience.

Account & Billing

How do I sign up?

You can create an account using:

  • Email address
  • Phone number with OTP verification

Visit pishdast.com/register to get started.

What plans are available?

We offer several plans:

  • Free: Basic features, limited messages
  • Starter: More messages, basic automation
  • Pro: Unlimited messages, AI features, team members
  • Business: Everything in Pro + priority support

How do credits work?

Credits are used for AI-powered features like:

  • AI message generation
  • Smart replies
  • Content creation

Different plans include different credit amounts. You can also purchase additional credits as needed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through:

  • Zibal (for Iranian users)
  • Bank card payments
  • Credit/debit cards (coming soon)

Platform Connections

Why can't I connect my Instagram?

Common reasons:

  1. Personal account: You need a Business or Creator account
  2. No Facebook Page: Instagram must be linked to a Facebook Page
  3. Missing permissions: Make sure to grant all requested permissions

Can I connect multiple Instagram accounts?

Yes! You can connect multiple Instagram accounts to the same workspace. Each account is treated separately.

How do I create a Telegram bot?

  1. Open Telegram and message @BotFather
  2. Send /newbot and follow the prompts
  3. Copy the token and paste it in PishDast

Are my messages secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Your messages are stored securely and only accessible to your team members.

Features

How do automations work?

Automations run automatically based on triggers you set. For example:

  • When someone DMs you → Send an auto-reply
  • When you get a new follower → Send a welcome message
  • When someone mentions a keyword → Tag them automatically

Can AI respond to my customers?

Yes! You can enable AI-powered responses that:

  • Understand customer questions
  • Provide relevant answers
  • Know when to escalate to you
  • Work in both English and Persian

How do I schedule posts?

  1. Go to Content in your dashboard
  2. Create a new post
  3. Set the date and time
  4. Choose platforms (Instagram, Telegram)
  5. Click Schedule

Can I invite team members?

Yes! Depending on your plan, you can invite team members with different roles:

  • Admin: Full access to everything
  • Member: Limited access based on permissions you set

Technical Questions

What browsers are supported?

PishDast works best on:

  • Chrome (recommended)
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

We recommend using the latest version of any browser.

Is there an API?

We're working on a public API. If you have specific integration needs, contact our support team.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Data > Export to download your:

  • Customer list
  • Conversation history
  • Invoice records

What happens if I delete my account?

All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This includes:

  • Conversations
  • Customer data
  • Content
  • Settings

This action cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

Messages are not appearing in my inbox

  1. Check your connection status in Settings > Channels
  2. Verify webhook is active
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

Automations are not working

  1. Make sure the automation is set to Active
  2. Check your daily limits haven't been reached
  3. Verify the trigger conditions match
  4. Review automation logs for errors

I'm not receiving notifications

  1. Enable notifications in your browser settings
  2. Check notification settings in PishDast
  3. Make sure you haven't muted the workspace
