Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PishDast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Service Description
PishDast is an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for social sellers on Instagram and Telegram. Our services include customer management, unified inbox, content scheduling, automation, and AI-powered features.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Third-Party Platforms
Meta Platform Terms
When using Instagram or Facebook integration:
- You must comply with Meta Platform Terms and Policies
- PishDast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta
- Meta may revoke API access at any time without notice
- You are responsible for how you use data obtained from Meta platforms
For Telegram integration, you must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated systems to abuse the service
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide our services.
Intellectual Property
PishDast and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PishDast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PishDast and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
